This program is the right choice for you if you are an ambitious Subject Matter Expert interested in getting a better understanding of the value chain and focusing on personal development.
The program is online only and organized into a number of manageable courses, which gives you insight into the most important subjects in Business Administration, such as management, marketing and sales, HR, and personal development.
The mini-MBA takes a year to complete, and if you want to, you can continue by taking the Executive Mini-MBA, which takes an additional year.

Admission
At MedicusNexus, we have a list of requirements for our customers to fulfill. This ensures that all members can contribute to each other’s development and that all sparring is relevant and valuable.
Therefore, all carefully selected members must have:
- A minimum of 5 years work experience
- Employment at a relevant company in the Pharma industry
- No personnel management, but professional leaders are welcome
- Current relevant role as a Subject Matter Expert or specialist
- Interaction with stakeholders internally and/or externally
To become a part of MedicusNexus, you must go through our specially designed selection process.
First, we will investigate your LinkedIn profile or resume. If it meets the requirements and we consider it relevant to our concept, you will receive an online profile to fill out. The next step is an online interview during which your answers are reviewed and elaborated if needed. Finally, we assess your profile and together decide on your further participation.
The evaluation is an ongoing part of your membership as we continuously want to ensure that all customers receive and add value to the professional relationships built at MedicusNexus.
